Executive Information System


The Executive Information System (EIS) is designed to provide information about the performance of the University with respect to other Universities and internally over time. more...

Reports and tables are organised under the four main headings of the University's Operational Priorities Plan, while major performance indicator reports provided for Senate and Faculties are located under a separate reports section. Links to other useful information and a glossary of terms are also provided.

Reports - at university, faculty and school level
Teaching and Learning - enrolments, load, completions, CEQ
Research and Research Training - completions, income, publications
Resourcing - budget information, projections

For full access to this site, you'll need an admin account from ITS. Once that's been created, please email an EIS contact and they'll grant you access. Then you'll be able to open protected files, after entering your admin username and password.

Membership currently consists of the Executive, Deans, Heads of School, Faculty Managers, School Managers, Central Admin staff on request, and those in other areas with the permission of their director or head of school.

EIS tables are updated as source data becomes available, broadly following this schedule.
