UWA Faculty Funding Model Information
The University's Faculty Funding Model uses weighted student loads to
distribute teaching funds to faculties. A
combination of course type weights and discipline weights is applied to student load totals
at the census dates of 31 March and 31 August. Since 2003, a projection of this student load
has been used to determine the following year's budget.
